Zwinkels Aubergine from Monster has an ultramodern production greenhouse of more than 33,000 m². At our nursery we continuously strive to attain optimum quality and maximum shelf life.
We only work with the best starting material and our employees are highly qualified. In addition, we use the latest production methods and strictly comply with food safety standards, such as Global-GAP.

With us, everything simply has to be perfect.
The taste of an aubergine just has to be right.
But the shelf life of our product is just as important to us.
That is why we are always looking for the right plant material and we are in constant contact with our seed suppliers in order always to select the best varieties. The process between harvesting and delivery has our undivided attention as well. Indeed, we do not want any damage to occur to our product that may affect its
shelf life.
